Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

Orders mean a request by You to Avail services provide by Us.

Website refers to Adzzie, accessible from https://www.itsolutions.adzzie.com and owned by Adzzie Technologies LLP.
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Refund Policy for Web design and Digital Services

Full refund will be made if you secede to cancel our services within 15 days of making the payment.
If you choose to terminate our services after the initial 15 days then you will be charged an amount equivalent to the working hours put into the project. The balance will be credited to the account from which you made payment within 45 days of cancellation.
Cancellation of any service renewal should be done 10 days prior to the start of next billing cycle.
If cancellations are made after the start of the billing cycle then an amount equivalent to the working hours put into the project during that month will be billable, which the clients will be entitled to pay.
Amount of refund will be credited in the account from which the payment was made within 45 days of service cancellation.

Adzzie Technologies LLP reserves the right to edit, classify, reject or cancel any portion or all advertising as determined in Adzzie Technologies LLP’s sole discretion. Any advertising language that does not comply with Federal, State or local laws including, without limitation, those regarding the prohibition of discrimination in employment, housing and public accommodation will be rejected.

Shipping Policy

1. Delivery of Digital Services

1.1 Order Processing Time:

All digital services will be processed promptly upon receipt of payment.
Orders received outside of regular business hours will be processed on the next business day.

1.2 Delivery Method:

Our digital services will be delivered electronically through the email address provided during the checkout process.
Customers will receive a confirmation email with instructions on accessing and utilizing the purchased digital service.

2. Order Confirmation

2.1 Confirmation Email:

Upon successful payment, customers will receive an order confirmation email.
The confirmation email will include details such as order summary, payment confirmation, and instructions for accessing the digital service.
